About the Pavilion
The Pavilion is a 13,000-square-foot waterfront venue designed to host weddings, receptions, and special events of all sizes. With open-air architecture, panoramic marina views, and a flexible layout, it’s easy to make the space your own while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the Outer Banks.
Your rental includes tables, chairs, a granite bar, dance floor, stage, restrooms, and venue setup and breakdown, making planning simple from start to finish.
